TKY Holdings owns and operates a portfolio of single-family rental homes across Arizona. We hold for the long term, manage in-house, and treat residency as a relationship rather than a transaction.
TKY started as a single home, then a second, then a portfolio — the kind of measured growth that lets the operating standard set itself before the property count does. We build the operating playbook one home at a time and iterate from real ownership experience, not theory.
The company is privately held and intentionally small. We don't take on capital or properties whose timelines don't match how we operate. The benefit shows up in the boring details: a maintenance request closed inside a published response window, a renewal signed because the resident wants to stay, a year-end statement that reconciles to the dollar.
We are headquartered in Arizona and operate exclusively in Arizona. That focus is a feature, not a placeholder.

Lease terms, statements, notices, and updates are written to be read. If a resident or owner has to call to ask what something means, that's a defect we fix.
